Group Meditation Sessions

Share the energy of meditating together in a small, supportive group. Group sessions create a sense of connection while still allowing you to turn inward. Each week offers a guided theme, relaxation, and simple practices you can take home.

What Is Meditation?

Meditation is a practice of gently training the mind to settle, focus, and become present. At its heart, it’s about creating space — space to breathe, to quiet the noise of daily life, and to reconnect with your inner calm.

Rather than trying to stop thoughts, meditation invites you to notice them without judgment, allowing them to pass like clouds across the sky. With regular practice, meditation helps reduce stress, ease anxiety, and bring greater clarity, focus, and emotional balance.

A personalised space just for you. These sessions are tailored to your needs — whether you’re seeking stress relief, grounding, or deeper focus. You’ll learn techniques that bring calm and clarity into everyday life.

Types of Meditation

  • Mindfulness Meditation – observing thoughts and sensations with gentle awareness.

  • Guided Visualization – following a calming inner journey (like a forest, beach, or sanctuary).

  • Breathwork Meditation – using breath patterns to calm, release or energise.

  • Mantra Meditation - repetition of a word, phrase, or sound (e.g. “Om,” affirmations).

  • Sound Meditation – immersing in crystal bowls, drums, or chimes for deep relaxation.

  • Body Scan – releasing tension by gently moving awareness through the body.

  • Loving-Kindness Meditation – cultivating compassion for self and others.

  • Movement Meditation – mindful movement, walking, or gentle flow when stillness feels difficult.

  • Contemplative Meditation – focusing on a spiritual text, question, or theme.

Your Location $40 per person I come to you. Minimum 8 people, maximum 15. Perfect for private groups or gatherings.
Online via Zoom $25 per person Join from anywhere. Gentle guided themes, relaxation, and simple take-home practices.
